WHEN SHOULD MY ORDER ARRIVE?我的訂單哪天送達？
This could vary based on your order items.
- If you ordered items does not have special processing days, order placed by 2pm will be delivered on the next day or your selected delivery date on cart.
- Certain item that required longer processing day due to the availability of the flowers stated in the product page, will be delivered on the following day of the maximum processing days, e.g: processing day is 3 days, delivery date will be the 4th day after the order is paid off (payment day also counted).
- If you have more than one item in the order, processing day will base on the longest day the item that required.
- 部分商品由於花材或者製作的特殊性需要一定的processsing day(處理天數)，則會在付款下單後處理天數的隔天送達。例如：處理天數是3天，送貨日期將會是付款後的第四天（付款當天已計入）
WHAT IF SOMEONE ISN’T THERE TO ACCEPT THE FLOWERS?如果沒人收貨怎麼辦？
Please do your best to find out if the recipient will be home when delivery is due to take place or select an available date after the default delivery day. Please make sure provide receipients mobile numbers. 請盡可能確保送貨當天有人接收或選擇可接收的日期。請預留收貨人的手機號碼。
We will leave the flowers in a safe and secure place if unattended. Possibly will try to leave with your neighbour until you arrive home if we couldn't find a safe place to be left at the door. The customer or recipient will be alerted once left. 如果無人接收，我們會將花留在一個安全的地方。如果沒有合適的安全區域，也會嘗試將花在您回來前留在鄰居處。訂花人會收到通知。
We really do prefer to hand deliver these in person but if that is impossible they will be left. We can’t take responsibility for any unforeseen situation once the flowers are left at the house and nobody collects.
A Re-delivery charge can take place if a courier has absolutely no way of getting in to the property and no where for the flowers to be left i.e A gated house or gated apartment blocks with no entry. 我們非常希望能親手將花送到收貨人手上，但是如果實在沒有辦法，我們會將花留下。如果無人接收，留下的花或產品發生任何不可預知的問題或者損壞，很遺憾我們無法再做任何處理。如果在盡所有努力之後仍無法找到合適的地方將花留下，我們送貨員會將訂單帶回倉庫（例如大門緊鎖的house或者無法進入的公寓），再次送貨將需要收取二次運費，花材在其中也會出現不可避免的損耗。

WILL MY FLOWERS LOOK EXACTLY AS THE PHOTO LOOKS? 我訂的花是否跟圖片一樣？
All the photos are taken by MYstory Flowers with our real work, they are a guide to what the bunch will look like. Our florists are endeavour to make the bunch the same if not very similar to the photo and all depends on the season availability and Mother Nature. 所有照片均由MYstory製作並實物拍攝，這些圖片是產品指引。我們會盡可能挑選一樣的花材來製作同樣款式，取決於不同的季節和花材，您所接受到的實物均可能與照片款有一些差別。
If a certain bloom is not available we use the most similar flower to still keep in the theme of the bunch you have chosen. We do not guarantee a perfect exact match in images. Mother Nature is beautiful and flowers can alter and look different when tight and fresh as they do when they are in full bloom. Flower colours such as hydrangea etc can have many many varying shades and colour. Our main mission is to choose the Freshest highest quality flower and match the bouquet as close we can to the image. We do appreciate your understanding.

We are Melbourne online florist, specialized in delivering fresh flowers, everlasting flowers and gifts on your special occasion. We deliver fresh flowers within CBD and southern-east suburbs in Melbourne and ship other products to the rest area within Australia via Australia Post Office.
CAN I CANCEL/REFUND MY ORDER? 可否取消訂單或退款？
Due to our quick turnaround times we’re unable to cancel or refund if you change your mind after payment is made. We are also unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost. Every flower is different and some are more delicate than others. You should expect your flowers to last at least 3 days. If under proper caring condition (excluding extreme spikes in temperature) they last less than 3 days, or you’re not happy with your order, please let us know immediately so we can do our best to put things right. If you are at all unsatisfied with our add-ons, please let us know within 48 hours so that we can discuss a fixing option.
WHAT TIME SHOULD MY FLOWERS ARRIVE? 我的花幾點會送到？
Delivery take place from 9am and depending on which suburb you are in it can be anywhere up to 5pm.
DO YOU DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
We deliver Mon-Sat at this point, as we endeavour to deliver the flower to your beloved one on your meaningful day, deliver on public holiday request are accepted for pre-order only, please contact us if you do required deliver on public holiday to discuss possibilities.
